Saddam trial described as "unfair"

The BBC [reports](http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/6163938.stm) that Human Rights Watch has described Saddam Hussein’s trial as “flawed and unsound”.

>HRW said it had documented “serious administrative, procedural and substantive legal defects” that meant [Saddam Hussein] did not get a fair trial.

Well now there’s a surprise.
