2007 to be Hottest Year on Record

The british Meteorological Office has stated that they believe 2007 will beat previous record years to become to [hottest year on record](http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/science/nature/6228765.stm). Considering our winter this year is basically like what I’d expect the autumn to be – with temperatures up to 15°C – I have no trouble believing this. I should probably check into bookings for Iceland for the summer.
