[Martin](http://martinlormes.de/blogger/) wonders whether I am [becoming famous](http://www.coreyandjoelradio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=2419#2419) in some small way, thanks to the [Corey and Joel Radio Show](http://www.coreyandjoelradio.com/). At his wedding I [talked to Norbert](/2007/07/30/pein-lormes-wedding/) who knew me because of the [crazy Detroit Trip](http://www.geektravel.info/category/travelogue/detroit-2006/) in 2006 but it appears that there was another person who recognized me and didn’t talk to me.
And I do have my own personal impersonators: Not an episode goes by that Corey and Joel won’t attempt one of their (actually quite funny) Nils impressions.
Is this “fame” yet? In some small way I guess it is. Do I want to be “famous”? No, I think I wouldn’t like that. I prefer my privacy. The only good thing about being famous would be that I could cash in. But I seriously doubt my super-fan status will ever take me there.
